I’m returning to Lanie’s Cafe tonight at 7pm. It’s been a long time since I’ve played there and I miss it! Friday night I’m at the patio at Druther’s in Saratoga at 9pm. Saturday night I’m playing Dixieland at an event at the Saratoga Racing Museum with Reggie’s Red Hot Feetwarmers. Good times!

“After hearing so many good things about Graham’s band from friends of ours, we decided to take a risk and book them for our wedding, sight unseen. We were not disappointed! Graham and his band were true professionals, keeping in contact throughout the wedding planning process, double checking on details, and making sure their performance would fit our vision. They were flexible, professional, friendly, and most importantly, fun! Everybody had a great time, and went home happy and tired from all of that time spent on the dance floor!”Matthew and Katie T.
“The Graham Tichy band provided a wonderfully different entertainment experience than the “typical” wedding band. Their classic style was unique and every guest knew the songs they played. The musicianship and professionalism is top notch. They played classic dance songs that got our guests out of their seats, and even those who do not like to dance, could hum and tap their toes to the music. They did their best to accommodate guest requests, some requests happened right away! Our guests commented for weeks after our wedding on how great this band was at our wedding. We are very happy that we chose the Graham Tichy band for our wedding reception!”Jude and Amy K.
“Graham Tichy and his band get it. These guys play the type of rock and roll standards that people want to hear. They do the Beatles, Elvis, Buddy Holly and other songs that you grew up with and are loved by all ages. It is quite refreshing to find a band with this type of talent and great song selection. They not only play the songs, they play them with love and admiration. From rockabilly to surfing songs to classic rock ballads, these guys do it the way it was intended to sound. Three very accomplished musicians and great guys to boot”Bruce H.
“We went to see the Graham Tichy trio playing out locally when we were considering our options for wedding music. After a few really good renditions of some classic songs, we knew they’d be the perfect fit for us. Our priorities were that the music was to be upbeat mix of classic 50s-60s rock and roll, but most importantly, would get people dancing. It also was important that the band could be enjoyed by all of our guests, from our young-adult friends to our baby-boomer parents, friends and family members. We were grateful that Graham was totally professional, quick to get back to us via email when we had questions about songs, or needed suggestions for the parent dances. He was also totally on point in terms of taste, keeping things like “Electric Slide” as far away from our playlist as humanly possible. Graham and the band created an amazing setlist ranging from the Beatles to Otis Redding to Van Morrison to keep everyone dancing for the whole night. Everyone looked great, and it sounded even better. It’s been well over a year since our wedding and people still tell us how much fun they had, and comment on how great the band was. We couldn’t agree more!”Caroline and Matt C.
“Graham and his band brought an epic, ecstatic soul to our wedding reception! Their music and performance was rich and crisp, with a contagiously fun vibe. Graham makes a stellar and collaborative MC: bringing to the stage both the bright energy of a crackling hot musician and the fluid grace of an old big band leader. We are ever grateful. Unforgetable!”Carissa and Tim C.
“…just a guest here, but also a musician who played many, many weddings (and mitzvahs and corporate parties and anniversary celebrations & etc. etc.) over the years. You were brilliant, from start to finish. The extra 10-15 munites you played at the end was extremely generous, far above and beyond the call of duty. I hope to get up to the Troy-Albany area again and hear you play.”Bill A.
